Can't pick up objects in mp

My friend and I have a dedicated server for us and a friend. Until recently, we had no issues picking objects up. We switched to the County Line map and now can't pick anything up regardless of any mods being active or not. Server has been restarted multiple times. I just can't figure it out. Any ideas? Thanks.
