Multiplayer Disfunctioning

Me and my friend want to play multiplayer, but he can't join me, and if he starts a server, I can't join him. We can join other dedicated server though.
We have asked for help at the Discord server but nothing has worked.
We tried to disconnect our internet for a while
We tried other things aswell but I have forgotten them

You may need to set up port forwarding in your router. Check your internet providers website for a guide on how to do this with your particular router, if they provided it, or else try the manufacturers website.

Try opening TCP and UDP port 10823 from the internet to your PCs local IP address.

This is for the PC hosting the game.
