Maps won’t load on start from scratch PC version

Hello, when I go to start from scratch on mod maps or even the maps that come with the game they don’t fully load up. The building will be missing and I won’t beable to buy things from the shop by walking into the icon. None of the icons work at all. Any suggestions?
