welkers farms fs 19 for PS4

I have been playing welkers farms on ps 4 for about a month or so and in the last two weeks I have developed two different glitches the first one the game will crash in the middle of playing and taking me back about 10 minutes of playing time and it gives me a code and also telling me to check to see if all my updates are up to date. (which they are). the second glitch is I have a sink hole in field three how can I get these corrected? its getting bad enough to where I am about to delete the Welkers farm map and start over. this does not happen with my first map Renner farm just welkers farm map what can I do to fix these two problems.
