Computer requirements

What’s the minimum requirements a laptop would need to run fs19 and work good with some mods? I’ve read what it says on their website but I don’t speak computer very well. Ive played the game a lot on Xbox but I want to switch to pc. The laptop I’m looking at has 4 GB ram and it says DDR4. I have no idea what that means. The processor says 3.5 GHz Ryzen 3 2200U. It’s a acer if that matters. I’ve looked at a few “gaming computers” but it’s hard to justify a ton of money for this. Hopefully somebody can put this in terms i can better understand. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
