Chicken coop issue

Hi I have been playing in career mode on FS19 in FELSBRUNN on my XBOX ONE console and everytime I buy a chicken coop. It wont let me open animal dialogue. When I first step into the box it gives me the option. When I click on it, it wont open and the option disappears. At the same time I cant jump or crouch or pick things up. If I restart the game by going to Fs19 home screen and then going back into the game I can do everything again until I try to open the animal dialogue again.

I have the same problem, but random it seems. Can't pick anything up, can't jump, can't crouch. Its really annoying. Sometimes i can play without problems seemingly forever, and sometimes it happens right after i restarted the game, until it happens again. Im doing forest work in Multiplayer, where im the host. (Temporary game) So having to restart the whole server is really not practical. Any solution?

(Im on PC, newest patch, FS 19)
