forceFactor explaining please

Post by passion78 »

Hi you guys, and gals..
Is there someone who can explaine to me what the folowing does with a plough>> "forceFactor=10"

after that comes the "forceNode=90" this is the amount of resistance for the 10.5 m sps9 plough from the ingame one.

That forceNode=90 is correct sins a plough has a resistence factor of 9...witch result in 9x10.5m = 94.5 @ force.

in FS17 MR the forcefactor was to give MORE friction to the plough, if it was to be widen with the mouse..
(i.e. plough 3m wide, but by mouse it can be set to 3.3m wide..and that the forcefactor would increase BEYOUND the maxForceFactor of 27 to 29.7 force)

How does the forceFactor in fs 19 work?..
i tried setting it to 40, and the numbers in the debugPhysics went up, but never over the set max of forceNode=90.

i hope someone can explaine it to me..
thnx in advance, Pascal
