Multiplayer won’t stop syncing

Just recently a multiplayer that me and my friends have been playing has not been working I would start the game then my mates would try to join but when it came to syncing it is stuck on 10% for both me and the joining person

Have tried a multiplayer with no mods still same outcome deleted the game and re downloaded everything still not working really not sure what it could be I can join other people though
