How to fix the Class Lexion Harvester on a Server? The tracks don't rotate.

I'm running a dedicated server using the Class DLC which is all up to date with Giants Recent Patch and everything. This weekend we we finally able to buy two of the Claas Lexion 8900 Harvesters, and disappointingly the first thing all players noticed was the tracks are not rotating when you are driving the vehicle.

I checked the server and game log and see the following:

Is this why the Tracks are just static and is there anyway we can fix this?

I've tried removing the DLC from the Server and re-installing it and this hasn't helped. I even tried rolling back to a Pre-Patch version of the DLC and it doesn't work in that either.
