Goldcrest valley update issue

Was wandering if anyone else has had this issue with the update on goldcrest valley, I used the update in mod hub and when i returned to my career game all the trees that I chopped down had been put back. A few of them are floating in mid air as i altered the ground to put buildings on, I don't really want to have to sell these buildings just to cut them down again. I'm using xbox one game as my playing platform
