Mod Load list

Hi there,
Is there a way to use the activated mods from one save to another new game save?
The number of mods that are installed make either activating the ones I want or deactivating the ones I dont a chore.
Is there a file that I can copy from one save to another that will activate the mods I want to use?
*Update*
I have just found the file "careerSavegame.xml" which lists all the mods I have active in my original save so will give copying part of that to the new save file withe same name a go
