Growing problem

I have a problem with crops, I have not played fs 19 for a long time recently, I decided to play, but my crops do not grow ... If they grow, it is 1-2 phase but they are not ready for harvest. I used to play mods, but everything worked, I started fs 19 on a clean mods folder and then the same problem ...

What could be the reason for this error? I will add that I have a steam game and it is updated on a regular basis ..
