Rotating camera in store (SOLVED)

Hey y-all,
I have a problem in the store. When I want to rotate the camera to look at the new item it does not rotate around the item. I can only scroll in and out. I have tried to reset the rotate camera settings and still no help. I think the only thing left to do is re-install the game but before that I would like to ask if any one has a suggestion?

Just to let you know I deleted all mods (saved all to another folder) and only running vanilla game. I rebooted the pc and restarted the game and no mods show. I started on fulsbrunn (spelling?) and went to the store to vehicles and still same thing...only shows mouse wheel scroll in & out. That should mean no mod conflict.

Even though I moved all my mods, I still have all the saved games loaded still. Don't know if that makes a difference also.
