Global Company Stationary Baler

I am unable to install the Global Company Stationary Baler mod from Modhub in game. The download does not complete and ends up in the pending folder. I have installed manually but then the mod is flagged for Update. For the moment I am just ignoring the update and downloading this mod manually.

Appreciate if someone could look into this.
