xbox wired controller not working in fs19

hi all,

i have an xbox 360 controller for pc as my xbox one controller stopped working as i want to play fs19 more on pc than console,

the issue is i can't get my controller switch over in game so my only option is keyboard and mouse

is there a fix for this as i would rather use my controller to play

running win 10

It should work. I've went though a couple 360 wired controllers and now using a xbox one wired controller.

Have you tried a different USB port?
Does the controller work with other games?
Have you ran the Windows 10 controller config and calibration?

for the last one type "controller" into the search bar at the bottom in windows 10 and then choose "Set Up USB Controller" then under properties you should be able to test it's working and calibrate it.
