My Game From Epic Games can' t launch

Hey, everybody. For some time, my game in the Epic Games store does not want to load. There aren't any error appearing on my screen. Just a black screen appears when I launch the game and then dumps me on the desktop. I have reinstalled the game many times but that doesn' t work for me. Please help

Try deleting the Shader_cache, you can find it in the Mygames/FarmingSimulator 19 folder.
