Server owner with a few questions

Hi i recently brought a server from Nitrado and i have a few questions.

1. If i enable say the Anderson DLC and someone joins who does not own that dlc will they still be able to play? what will happen? are they just not able to join?

2. I Have figured out how to add mods to my server from the mod hub. but what it i want to add a mod from a 3rd Party source?

thank you for that i didnt manage to find his video but would you have any idea how to add mods that aint on mod hub to a server? i have ftp access to my server but even if i plop a mod in the mod folder i need to enable it on the Giants server dash board...
ive was told it is possible but thats it.

I find playing on a dedicated server makes my game run alot smother and at a higher fps most of the time hence why im wondering if i can add courseplay.

And for Courseplay, per its GitHub page it has limited Multiplayer support. (Just an FYI)
