lost selling points

i know this has probably been asked a hundred times i have looked and found some info on this but cant quite figure it out. i updated my fs 19 and added some mods and lost my selling points so went back and removed mods and restarted pc hoping that would fix my issue but it didnt work. i found where you can loo into the saved games and compare but not sure what iam looking at what can i do to fix this issue.
