Vehicles jumping multiplayer

Hello all, I’ve ran into a problem recently that makes the game unplayable in my dedicated server. After about 10 minutes the vehicles start to jump and it’s only vehicles even the AI traffic is jumping. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

that is just plain lag

My interest's are; Farming, Computers, Coding and gaming.
