Xbox One Multiplayer

Hello, I have been having issues on fs19 joining friends on multi-player it says there is no connection. I have looked up what the issue could be and tried different things but still nothing has worked. Please help fix this

the first step is obviously making sure your game is up to date but it sounds like a network problem.. I have had this problem on my xbone in the past with other games.. try to a FULL shutdown thru the menu and restart your router/modem and it might line it out
