Have to redownload every time

Hello everyone, I recently bought FS19 on Steam. But, I have encountered an annoying issue. I turn off my computer every night, and every time I boot my computer back up and try to play FS19, I have to reinstall it. I have searched the web and checked the F&Q, but have came up empty. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Any help is appriceated

Sounds very odd! Maybe a pc problem - have never encountered such issue before

Is it a Steam checking for updates window? Or fully redownloading the game files? If the latter maybe check the game files prior to shut down and after restart.
