Substantial lag when accessing menu icons ?

Overall in-game operation is good. When I access the upper menu icons especially the general and game settings menus i'm observing substantial lag. I tried reloading the game from scratch and no help. Very early in the game I seem to have much less lag. The lag seems to be at it's worst after about 30 min of gameplay. Thoughts ? Thanks !

Are you on pc? If so try moving the input bindings xml to your desktop and let the game create a fresh one.
