Giants Engine 8 - Not Responding

Over the past 4-5weeks fs19 has been getting slower and slower to the point where I cba’d to play.. it now won’t even open the game and when looking in task manager it is not responding. I have tried deleting the shaders file etc but the problem returns time and time again

Any advise / fixes welcome
