I cannot get aftermarket mods to work anymore
I have an extensive amount of mods (15.9gb) from the game modhub and from different websites and all of a sudden I can't seem to get any mods from off of the internet to work? I have tried restarting game, reinstalling the new mod many times, etc.

If your mods folder is 16 GB, I wouldn't want to see the log at all :>
Please rename your mods dir, create a new one and only move the mods over you acutally use. Some create one mods dir per savegame, name it accordingly and rename before they start playing (or use symbolic links).
Also good practice is to only have one map in your mods folder.
If you grab mods from other places than modhub, you probably have some bad (and likely stolen) ones in there as well. Those might mess up the game, too (= errors in the log).
