And open garage, is that open the door or open the garage menu (what you own) or the customization menu?

I believe the tow bar mod conflicts with all sorts of mods and you have a few errors related to that. I had an issue also with something conflicting with the liebherr excavator mod but never got far enough through the elimination process to find out what, I got to the point of not wanting to remove anything else more than that backhoe.

I would recommend pulling out mods in large chunks until the problem is solved then narrow them down by adding mods back in until you discover the culprit. You could also start by removing anything that alters repairing equipment or the garage.
