Unable to sow seed in field 1 on chellington valley?

Fields 2 and 3 i am able to sow seed just fine, but on field 1 it changes the texture but no seed is sown there. Yes, I have seed in the seeder and it is turned on and lowered. AI has the same result.

Have you tried plowing or cultivating it first?
Been playing WAAAAY to many hours - PC with Logitech G27 and Thrustmaster Simtask Farmstick
