"No connection could be established to the server"

I click multiplayer, I confirm my character's look then after trying to connect to the server for a bit I get the message "No connection could be established to the server" As in this is happening even before it asks me to select the region. It's happening to both PCs in the house, I reset modem and router, even totally bypassed the router, still the same problem. It was working fine yesterday, any ideas?

I am able to connect to other games in multiplayer and surf the web just fine as normal, only having an issue with FS19.
