Giants Dedicated Server Problem

This message appears to me but I don't know what to do because my windows is fully licensed and I've tested it on windows 10 and now on 11 and it keeps giving the same error
The message appears and closes immediately
And the PC is a laptop

Did you try to launch the game before launching the dedicated server in order to activate the key ?
Only suggestion, I didn't have any issue configuring mine (steam version on my side).

yes i open it first but the error was always the same and its steam version idk what is hapening
