Failed to compile shader compositeToDevice.cg:2.

over night my copy of fs19 started refusing to launch on high settings and was throwing this error even when i delete the shader cache folder, game.xml and redownload it, and the gamesettings.xml. even after doing all of those the same error is being thrown with no real explanation as to why it is throwing it.
