I can’t buy a wrapping baler from the store

I can only buy Andersson Pack tube wrappers, but I can’t buy an Anderson tractor-mounted wrapper. And not a single wrapper. Modes removed while searching for conflict. The JD wrapper mod is not available online but can be found in the folder and I cannot remove it. What is causing this? Does it matter a little bit the game is broken?
