Series X stuttering

I have a Series X console, when playing any map, im getting really bad stuttering when panning or cornering in any tractor, its almost unplayable, i noticed the other day watching daggerwin he had alittle on his game and that was a PC, is this something they are aware off and can fix it ?

I would record it and upload footage, but for some reason when i record 60 second clips in this game it just shows static, every other game records fine.

It's a well know problem on Xbox, I have the same on my Series S. It's depending to what dirrection you look. It's happening while walking and while driving or turning the camera around.
