Ps4 menu issue

Still seeing issue in PS4 when starting a new game the internal menus do not work. Game is fine on first game loaded, but when moving on to a second save game or inline game the internal menus stop responding.

I realize this is the second time I posted this but I no longer see the original and another post I made so I am wondering if you are deleting all my posts or just obvious negative ones
