mods not downloading

on ps4 mods not downloading and keep saying it failed

I got them to download initially. Then deleted the game because it was a buggy mess that kept crashing or stalling. Re-installed and now mods won't download, screen keeps flickering, saddle trac is not recognised as installed/purchased and cut trees are glitching and appear stretched and can't be interacted with.
Reinstalling the game stopped the constant crashes but gave me a whole bag of other bugs and took away my pre-order content
