Elmcreek field state not changing

Hi All,

Not sure if this is just me but has anyone noticed that the field state for non owned fields doesn’t change?

Fields stay as either withered or plowed state and do not change. I’ve restarted my farm and the same thing happens.

Hopefully this gets patched soon. I’m playing on Xbox series x
