Frame Drop and Crashing

Hello,

I had no problem playing FS19. However, when trying to play FS22 the game is almost unplayable the frames drop causing the game to stutter and I have had a few game crashes. At this time I can only play with the medium settings with frame drops and the stuttering.
I have a Dell G7 laptop running:
NVIDIA GTX 1060 Max-Q
Intel i7-8750h @2.20GHz
16 Gb Ram
Windows 10 and trying to play at 1080p.

I am also disappointed in performance. With gpu GTX 1060 meeting recomended specs and only getting 20 fps wery high preset, 60fps on wey low but massive stuttering and ugly look.

It does need some optimization I can play other games that are more taxing than FS 22 without any problem. I do not have benchmark software but was looking at performance under task manager and was only using about 2 GB of GPU memory and hardly any RAM but my card was maxed out at 99-100% when playing.
