Out of all the complaints in this thread, that's the one you respond to?
I would assume that’s a sign that they’re aware of many of the other issues and likely have fixes for them

You think "We can't reproduce it but maybe we'll fix it" in response to a single issue in a thread like this is adequate?

This isn't some freeware indie game, it's a 40 euro travesty

I would assume that's a sign that they can't be bothered with customer relations.

The devs are working hard to fix everything and all you guys have to say is how much you dislike the game? Uninstall it, it's simple as that.
If you aren't patient enough to report the bugs yourself in order to help them, don't play FS or at least stop complaining.
Ya'll a bunch of kids tbh.

I'll complain as much as I want, I paid a AAA price for an unfinished game with bugs that are so obvious that they shouldn't have made it out of the initial test builds.

Also, good job on resurrecting a thread that was dead for 2 weeks just to Bratwurst, you absolute lamp post.

On the LinkedIn of Giants: "Self-published globally for the first time, Farming Simulator 22 sold over 1.5 Million copies in the first week! 🥳
Thanks to successfully built structures all around the world, reliable partners and a great team, the brand and its amazing community continue to grow..."

Ahum....

Wrong answer, dude!

Giants delivered a turd of a game from the get-go! We didn't get a discount (even purchasing last April), so to say we are a bunch of kids for complaining on THEIR PUBLIC FORUM is BS. You tell us to report bugs, which I did several times, but a lot of those bugs should never have been there upon release in the first place. They released a beta game at best. Far from being a couple of minor patches away from a full-release game.

this_is_gav wrote: Thu Dec 23, 2021 12:33 pm I didn't read it, but it ought to be obvious with how many bugs remain. I'd put quite a bit of money on a January patch.

Patch 1.2 was a quick fix to try to sort out most of the game-breaking errors. If it wasn't the Christmas holidays we might even have seen 1.3 this year.
I should have accepted your bet. Only three days left, and I don`t have the feeling the patch is coming soon... :biggrin2:

That was a week ago, so assuming it's on target then next week or the week after.

I said early next year and I'd say February was early in the year. But yes, it looks like I'll miss out on January by a few days. I'm glad I'm not a betting man! ;)

Stegei wrote: Fri Jan 07, 2022 1:13 pm We are aware of some crashes on PS4 when browsing the store menus. We haven't been able to reproduce this ourselves though, so it most likely has to do something with the current savegame state or some other actions that have been done before. We're investigating this and can hopefully provide a fix with the next patch.

You may think this is not important to PC players but to us Console players, it is VERY important. Here’s a Post I put on another Thread. It’s self explanatory. I’m putting up with this so I can keep playing what I’ve come to love.

“GIANTS are aware of it. I’m on a PS4 and it started to crash about a week or so ago. 95% of the time when I go into the Options/Map Overview Menu. They have responded to my “Bug Tracker” Log, but only with more questions, mostly information I’d already supplied. From what I’ve seen on another Technical Post it’s common with PS4s, and GIANTS even posted that a fix is coming.

Mine’s so bad I have my watch timer set for every 7 minutes, and I do a manual save (5 is too short and too much work can be done in 10) It regularly crashes every 50 to 90 minutes. I have Mods, but I had not down-loaded any new ones for two weeks when it started. I play from 5 to 8 hours and go through this routine every day. I’m new to FS and love it, especially having it trouble free for hours from mid November, and now this. If only they’d release fixes, like this MAJOR problem, when fixed, and not wait for a big “Update”. Yesterday it crashed 8 times, the day before 7, on good days only 4.

You find something so good; it runs so smoothly; and the they do this - I, personally, believe it came along in the back ground of the Update release.

Please GIANTS, get your act together. This isn’t an image glitch. It’s a game destroyer for Play Station users.”

Looks like you were wrong again…
I like optimistic people, but when it‘s about Giants you are always way too optimistic.

Oh, I get it, and I wasn't trying to say that it's not important.

It's just that there's a whole thread of people mentioning serious issues with the game, and Giants only responded to that one. And even that response was a complete non-answer.

Zombie thread, I know, I need to vent. I have 526 hours into my first save on FS22. It's a fun game, and I enjoy trying all the new things, but man oh man, every new thing I do I run into bug after bug. The only things that works flawlessly is normal harvesting (soybeans, corn, etc, sugarcane is the worst). Everything else has some little bug. Lot's of annoying design decisions too, but engineering hubris and all...

I'm disabled right now, so I sit on my butt a lot, otherwise I would not be playing this anymore. It's just fun enough, but it really is a mess.
