Crash on exit with Giants Mod Hub mods

Hi, why is FS22 crashing on exiting when any mod from Giants Mod Hub is active? I removed the combine auto lower turn on mod and the crashes went away. Then I installed from Giants Mod Hub the manual attach mod and now the crashes are back again when existing. Any advice or fix?
