Blue info/activation/? Emblems have disappeared

Can't say exactly when it happened but they no longer show up for me. The most obvious one missing is the one on the front porch of the farmhouse. Another is at the shop amd gas stations. This is on all maps. All saved, old and new. With zero mods installed.

I even tried reinstalling the game and nothing has fixed it.
