bad fps

Hi I have a NVIDIA GTX (driver? im not the best with computer stuff) after updating its (software?) I've been getting bad FPS on Farming Simulator 2022... what do I need to do to fix this?
I do FS19 old school mods and FS19 military mods for PC let me know if you want anything done
I don't have any form of social media nor discord FYI

nm figured it out
