The server closes itself at random moments while playing on it with friends. It even closes when no one is playing on it....
Does someone know how to fix this?

Self hosted, or a cloud one?
Re: Dedicated server closes itself
any errors in the log?
there's an option in the settings (browser) for restart, maybe that's the issue?

Giants downloaded or Steam version?
Also the game and server logs may (or may not ) help some here too.
See viewtopic.php?f=827&t=88665 for how to post logs, although the dedicated server logs are (from memory) inside a folder in the users game folder.

Re: Dedicated server closes itself
Thanks for the log.
My eyes don't see anything much different to my own logs, sorry about that ...
... Personally, even though the dedicated server doc says 2Gb of memory, if possible I'd suggest adding more RAM to the system or trying a different computer with slightly higher specs and the same FS configs; 4Gb isn't really a lot and doesn't really provide the system with much room after loading the operating system.
My dedicated server runs on a virtual machine with Windows 10 and 8Gb of memory, I found with the Farming Simulator 19 dedicated server less than 8Gb gave me issues (like random stops).
Hope that helps.

Re: Dedicated server closes itself
Dunno.
My dedicated server just runs solidly and without issues.
... just a sideball - is the internet connection stable?
Edit: Also, I run the dedicated server app as an "administrator", not sure if that makes a difference.
