PS4 crashing alot fix that worked for me

long time listener, first time caller.
Been playing on PS4, game has been crashing ALOT, literally been saving after doing anything as it crashes every 5 minutes.

Yesterday i must have sat through over 50 crashes and restarts, so i decided to try and find the problem.
After isolating everything from tractors and machinery, mods and even things like bales - still no good the crashes kept coming.
Then I jumped in my JCB, which is normally pretty fast but was moving across the map like a snail, and headed to the grape and olive field.

I started deleting the grapes and olives, removed all trace of them and restored a clean field. I jumped back in my JCB to head back to my farm, and for the first time in days the tractor was driving fast again, and the game no longer felt like a chugging, lagging mess.

Since then I haven't had a crash, so my question is - are grapes and olives having a draining effect on the PS4 causing memory leak type game crashes?
