Bailing Contracts and Pallets

Dear Giants,

It has been over 4 years in-game and I have still yet to receive a bailing contract after my 1st year of doing then, this is very strange and I know I'm not the only person who has come across this, If you can look into it that would be much appreciated. From what I have read and can see from my end also is that once the first year passes and if you have completed the Bailing contracts on Elmcreek they don't show up again, I have also noticed there is no activity with field growth and fertilization on those AI fields so it kinda left me to confusion.

Another issue I have noticed is Pallets from Honey, tomatoes, lettuce, and strawberries getting caught in the ground at different points, this can be very frustrating at times and requires them to be rammed with forklifts and other machinery for it to be released, sometimes they also release on there own accord.
