In cab camera not working

For some reason I cant get my in cab camera to rotate it stays fixed in front view only.

did you set the correct flag in the xml ? (rotatable="true")
e.g.: <camera node="indoorCamera2" rotatable="true" limit="true" rotMinX="-1.1" rotMaxX="0.4" transMin="0" transMax="0" useMirror="true" isInside="true" shadowFocusBox="shadowFocusBox" />

Under which XML would I find rotatable=true? I looked under the game XML and couldn't find it

Maybe you have headtracking enabled. You can disable it in the main menu settings if you're not using it.
