FS22 Dedicated Server lag (unplayable) after roughly 4 hours

Recently we started having issues with our dedi through GPortal going from 30ms pings to about 100ms and being so slow that no one can play realistically. No changes in the log when this happens but its typically around the 4 hour mark, although it started out more in the 8 hour range... more people being on increases frequency, ram usage is just over 2gb (have 32) and same with disk space (2.4gb of 25). Only solution is to restart the server. Anyone have a similar experience and a solution? They moved the server to a different piece of hardware but no change.

Have been playing some more and it seems to also become a problem more quickly if there are more users on the server... I have been doing a mod/placeable purge somewhat but still no change.
