Animal pallets not showing?

why does the animals in fs22 keep saying to many pallets but theres no pallets?

Which animal and which pallets? I would also make sure nothings blocking a spawn point of something like a machine

The sleep but I heard that they limited only 100 pallets for pc games. I wish they would change that.
