Controls Disappearing

I got this problem when I installed a new mod and have trying to fix it as I don't remember some of my controls to reset them. I've tried to uninstall the mods and reinstall them but that isn't working, I don't even get base controls with mods I've just downloaded.

If anyone knows how to fix it that would be great.

This seems to be an issue caused by installing or updating a mod and then starting a save without restarting the game. If you restart the game before loading your save then you shouldn't lose your key bindings

I've tried that but it doesn't work, doesn't even have controls when I make a new save
