Head tracking setting disables all other camera controls
So I was playing fs22 with the head tracking enabled so I can use vorpx vr to translate my valve index head tracking to look left and right in tractors but I notice that when doing so disables controlling the camera thru any other methods(like mouse or keyboard or analog stick on Xbox controllers) and before u say go to vorpx support site I totally disable vorpx software(the software that takes the head movement sends it to the game for head tracking) but left the head tracking enable in the game with the setting and launch into the game and I still cannot control with the normal camera input of mouse or keyboard. so how can I use head tracking but still use the default inputs to control the camera?
Re: Head tracking setting disables all other camera controls
If you are on PC you can use my script to toggle between headtracking and normal camera.

okay but that don't fix the issue it is just a workaround as when the headtracking is enable u still can't use the other camera controls like the mouse or arrow keysCptCray wrote: ↑Fri Jun 24, 2022 8:56 am If you are on PC you can use my script to toggle between headtracking and normal camera.

That's true but this is just how the game is programmed. Basically the headtracking camera and the default camera are like two different cameras.Uniform300 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 24, 2022 5:07 pmokay but that don't fix the issue it is just a workaround as when the headtracking is enable u still can't use the other camera controls like the mouse or arrow keysCptCray wrote: ↑Fri Jun 24, 2022 8:56 am If you are on PC you can use my script to toggle between headtracking and normal camera.

I don't think there will be another solution for now.
Personally I like how it is done in Microsoft Flight Simulator. You can use both at the same time and it feels quite natural.
