Issues with Cotton contract Goldcrest Valley 22

On Xbox1, Im trying to off-load my contract cotton at the Grocery Mart on Goldcrest Valley 22 map. Nothing happens. I can’t complete this contract and don’t want to lose money by cancelling. Please help!
