Felsbrunn Port Southeast Payment bug

I have sold my sunflowers to the "port Southeast" selling point on the Felsbrunn European map but I didn't get paid.
Normally payment happens immediately, but I didn't get paid even after 22 game hours later.
is this a bug or am I missing a point?

I didn’t get paid selling my wheat at north west port.

Not sure if it would have happened later in the game because I quit and started over...
