NPC/AI field states stuck in cultivated

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: NPC field growth state
- Issue: after playing a multiplayer game with a friend he had to stop. he send the complete save file to me (making it a zip file). after opening the savefile and palying it all field controlled by AI started getting stuck in the cultivated state full of weeds. only fields that i cultivated via the ingame missions are still working (for now).
- Single- or Multiplayer: both
- Steps to reproduce: grab a working savefile and transfer it to an other pc with a diffrent steam user name and fastforward the game for a while ( i think)
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no yes with the modhubmods (not aplicable )

PS: my name ingame is: niels
my friends name is: FightFlyer

Can confirm this as a Bug. All of the NPC Field are stuck at the cultivated status.
Sowing missions were available for all of those fields, but the contracts dissapared as soon as I accepted them.
Now the only missions left are transporting missions.

Happened in Singleplayer, Ravenport, with only the GIANTS modhub mods installed.

Looks to me that is combined with the mision stuff because starting missions does not work and the contract is removed

The "Stuck in Cultivated state" issue was tied to the problem that AI was not able to Sow on fields infested with weeds. This has been fixed in the latest patch that was released Thursday/Friday.
